Established in 1973 by Frank Robinson, the Robinson Helicopter Company strives to design and manufacture the most dependable helicopters for its owners and operators, enabling them to perform difficult missions all over the world. For five decades, Robinson has been at the forefront of the helicopter industry by delivering safety-enhancing technologies, including OEM-designed crash-resistant fuel-cell tanks, 4K cockpit video cameras, autopilot systems, and NVG-compatible cockpits. Robinson is committed to developing, manufacturing, and supporting the most reliable and efficient helicopters in the industry.

Located in Torrance, California, the vertically integrated company performs all aspects of helicopter production, from designing to manufacturing, assembling, inspecting, and flight testing in its 617,000 square foot facility. To ensure the highest quality and maximize efficiency, Robinson manufactures a large percentage of parts in house and employs a highly skilled workforce. In addition to new production, Robinson offers a factory overhaul program for older aircraft.  A worldwide network of more than 400 Service Centers and Dealers provide service and support.

To date, the Robinson Helicopter Company has delivered more than 13,000 helicopters worldwide, solidifying its reputation as a leader in reliability and innovation within the industry.
