Tim Tucker, Chief Instructor for the factory R22/R44 safety course, will conduct the foreign safety courses.  These courses are intended to enhance the safe operations of R22/R44 pilots outside the US who are unable to attend the factory course.  These foreign courses are based on the factory course and are tailored to each country’s particular situation.  Attendees receive a special RHC “overseas certificate of completion” but these courses do not replace and cannot be used in lieu of the factory FAA-approved Pilot Safety Course.
