MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - EQUIPMENT & FACILITIES

Experienced in Supervising and Coordinating the Activities of Employees who are involved in Electrical, Mechanical Servicing and Maintenance of Production Machinery, Maintenance of Facility, Machinery and Building.

Summary/Objective

The facilities equipment maintenance supervisor manages and assists in the completion of day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment and machinery, including HVAC, building lighting systems, CNC machines, production lines, ovens, grounds keeping, security and overall facility appearance. The position supervises and coordinates the work of employees who repair and maintain building/facility, equipment and machinery.

Essential Functions

  1. Prepares work schedules, assigns work and oversees the work to be performed correctly and safely.
  2. Develops and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule program to maintain applicable equipment and machinery in proper working condition.
  3. Arranges for and manages appropriate third-party contractor support as needed.
  4. Secures estimates and cost quotes as needed.
  5. Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices.
  6. Knowledge of OSHA & EPA regulations relative to plant operation and maintenance.

Facility Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

Facility maintenance supervisor is responsible for inspecting buildings to identify maintenance issues, such as clogged drains, leaky ceilings and faulty electrical switches, report them and create work assignments for the staff. Supervisor performs human resource duties such as motivate employees and conduct performance evaluations. Administrative duties include creating reports, such as work schedules, preventive maintenance programs, maintenance materials, supplies & repair parts at required level by initiating purchase requisitions. Supervisor also maintains inventory, such as cleaning supplies and tools.


A & P MECHANICS

Licensed or School Certification


ELECTRICAL AND AVIONICS INSTALLER

Looking for experienced personnel for install and testing of Electrical components. Soldering, Crimping and basic blueprint/schematic reading needed. Garmin and Aspen experience a plus.


MANUFACTURING PLANNER

Develop and plan methods/sequences for manufacturing and assembly of components for helicopter production. Candidate must have an A & P Certificate with planning experience in a manufacturing environment.


AVIONICS TECHNICIAN

Production testing, calibration & overhaul of flight instruments and radios. Experience with Garmin and Bendix/King Radio Crown flight instruments and Gyro’s. Candidate needs to have general aviation equipment and systems experience.
